When can I start the postnatal treatment after delivery?

For a normal delivery, treatments can usually begin after 7–10 days. In the case of a C-section, we recommend starting after 21 days or once the surgical stitches have completely healed and you have received clearance from your physician.

Does the postnatal package include care for the newborn baby?
